Waterproof Exposure
Meter Housings
HydroFlex has created a line of waterproof housings for the Minolta 1º Spot Meter, the Minolta Auto IV Incident Meter, and the Spectra Pro IV Incident Meter. Crafted from aluminum and plexiglass, they were primarily designed for use underwater, but because of their small size they are also ideal for use in rain, splashing situations or other harsh environments such as desert work or in the snow.
HydroFlex designed the most form-fitting shapes possible, contoured to fit comfortably in the hand. The meters fit in the housings without any special modification or set-up, and quick-release latches allow easy installation or removal without tools. These meter housings are easy to use and ensure an accurate reading while protecting your meter.
Minolta Auto IV
Spectra Pro IV
The housings for the Minolta Auto IV & Spectra Pro IV meters incorporate custom acrylic domes precisely fitted to the domes of the meters in order to assure full light intake at the proper angle. The Spectra Pro IV Housing has 6 push buttons to actuate all controls. You can easily change all the meter settings underwater and even operate the LCD display backlight.
Minolta 1 Degree Spot Meter Housing
The Minolta 1 degree Spot Meter housing allows the operator to sight directly through the meter to take precise readings of a scene underwater.
